General Instructions

All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email or fax. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancelation request’. Cancellations for the independent/individual tour services should be made with a notice of not less than 7-15 days (According to Situation). The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip.

Please Note:
  • Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer or by the card (Debit/Credit).
  • Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Carrowold.
  • Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Flight Refund Policy

  • If you cancel directly with Airline, you need to intimate to by phone or email. We will initiate the refund process on your request.
  • Time required for cancellation and refund requests may vary.
  • The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).
  • will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

Hotel Refund Policy

  • The cancellation charges depend on the hotel, time of stay (‘season’ time, ‘off–season’ time), and time of cancellation.
  • doesn’t support modifications to hotel bookings. You’ll have to cancel your existing booking and make a new one
  • Time required for cancellation and refund requests may vary.

Bus Refund Policy

  • No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
  • In any cases where the class or type of bus ticket booked differs from what you actually travelled on, refunds will be based on the difference in fare between the higher and lower bus type. Kindly note, the refund will be generated by the bus tour operator and will not be responsible in any way.

Car Refund Policy

  • The amount will be refunded approximately within 5-14 business days.
  • No refund will be processed for No-Show.
